No customer service was requested. Item was digitally shipped with no problem. The arch earring holder worked great! I would have liked a little instruction on how to assemble the base though. I made it work, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. Thank you for a cute file that I was able to customize with my granddaughter's name at the top.
