The original ball arrived damaged but the seller was very prompt in sending a new one (with two layers of bubble wrap vice one). Showing photos of the original prior to replacement for reference. I love the disco ball, great product and customer service so I hope future shipments are protected from damage, as this appears to be an ongoing issue from other reviews.

There was an error in shipping so I didn't get my original order. Sell was very kind and prompt about sending out a new one. When I received it, 3 tiles had fallen off. I glued them back in myself and you can't notice when it's hanging. Some little hiccups but I'm happy overall.

I love it, but lots of the mirror tiles had come off in transit… More protection would have probably helped.

I love this disco ball! The light it sparkles across the room is so beautiful and my c at loves it. Will look great next to some plants!
