They take the time to thoughtfully answer questions and provide information about their items. They also included in a free prototype plant ring and a plant stake. I think it can be difficult to find nicely crafted 3D-printed products, but this is one of the standout shops, in my experience, for aquariums.

The seller went above and beyond to help me after I contacted them for support when the magnetic holders did not fit or work as expected for my particular heater/tank. They opted to rapidly design me custom holders to better meet my specifications (including size adjustments and stronger magnets), and these were shipped out very quickly. The new items work much better and I am very happy with their functionality. I'm using both out of an abundance of caution, but I think one would be enough in my case. My heater is somewhat unique because it does not use a typical heating element (coil), so I am keeping an eye out to make sure nothing adverse happens. The items themselves seem well made (seem durable and no rough or sharp edges), and they were packaged well for shipping.
