Life hands us seasons we never asked for. Grief, divorce, a hard diagnosis, starting over, or the quiet surprise of getting older. Too much of the help out there feels cold or clinical, so I wrote what I would want to be handed on a hard day: warm, plain-language guides with gentle, practical steps you can actually take, one small ceremony at a time.
