1. Returns and Exchanges (Cambios y devoluciones)
Returns & Exchanges: 30 days
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
Specific Policies for DivePrintStudio:
Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of our production process, we cannot stop an order once it has been sent to printing.
Returns & Exchanges: Because all items are printed on demand specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a printing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product. I will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. I generally keep your data for 7 years.
