MY CUSTOM WINDOW IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. Every design I do is one of a kind but I do use previous designs as a springboard for your personal desire. Choose your hair color, dress color, theme, size, etc and we can collaborate on a wonderful design for your decor, holiday or special gift. Some designs are impossible to reproduce because of the unavailability of the fabric or certain elements. I am a one of a kind shop so I do not purchase materials in large lots I'd love to hear from you! Communication is only done through the Etsy portal for your protection and mine. Custom designs are not created at sale prices and a custom charge if you have not purchased from me before.

Each doll is shipped individually. New clean fresh boxes are used and a lot of care is taken with wrapping to ensure your purchase arrives safely. These boxes can be wrapped and given if it is a gift so that the recipient will have a way to store their angel until the next holiday. If you are a collector and you rotate your dolls with the seasons you can store her till her season returns.

Our items are not available for wholesale at this time.

Much effort is made to make sure it is as excellent as possible and that it is packed securely. In the case of damage by carrier please notify within 24 hours and with the proper investigation Etsy will give you a full refund. Providing pictures of the damaged box and contents will help make the process faster. I understand things happen so returns MUST be approved and returned WITH tracking numbers. When the return has been approved & the item is returned in perfect condition the item cost will be refunded. Any item returned without approval will NOT be refunded. Items must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. Using items for holiday decor and then returning them is not allowed and will not be refunded. But please inquire.

We will usually ship mainly USPS Priority within the United States. We are then able to provide tracking numbers and your package is insured. Some states,i.e California are more expensive to ship priority so we will ship the fastest way based on the shipping cost associated with the purchase. If you need a faster ship or prefer a different carrier we will do our best to use them although there may be an appropriate additional cost. Convo me if you have questions before you purchase.
SHIPPING LABELS ARE PRINTED BASED ON WHAT SHOWS IN ETSY RECORDS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE AN ACCURATE AND CURRENT ADDRESS ON ETSY AND PAYPAL, IF NOT, IT COULD DELAY SHIPMENT. ALSO IF USPS DOES NOT VERIFY THE ADDRESS I WILL NOT PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL.

If you are from a country other than those listed please feel free to contact me. I would need to find out exactly how much it would cost to ship to you but I will hold your desire until I find out. Then you will know exactly the shipping cost from here. I believe USPS First Class International is the usual carrier.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOMETIMES IT TAKES LONGER TO REACH YOU THAN EXPECTED and your country's Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs maybe prior to buying. I would love to ship to you if that can be determined before hand.

Due to the increase in the cost of shipping, Priority Shipping is now $5.00 and on the 20 inch dolls it is $10.00. In cases where the shipping cost is higher than average I may ship Ground Advantage which in most cases would be a day later in receipt.

If you have purchased from the Divine Angel Shop in the past and you visit the shop and see a listing that you absolutely love but need a couple of days or so before you can purchase it just contact me in the shop and I will be happy to reserve your listing until the agreed upon date. I will reserve for a week. If you decide you want to purchase it and request a reserve for it, then after I put up a reserved listing you do not purchase it, and do not contact me that reserve will be removed and the item listed for the general public. In such cases as that I cannot reserve another item.
