Every U.S. order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), thus all taxes and duties are already included in the price. You won’t face any extra fees at checkout or on delivery. If a carrier ever bills you in error, please contact us and we’ll resolve it. For international orders outside the U.S., buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

During checkout, make sure your ETSY shipping address is correct and make an optional note of your phone number for our delivery. If you are not available to take the delivery, Postal Courier will have to contact you.

The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their address is incorrect. Any order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes.
