Dixie Creative

Dixie Creative is a way for me to share my hobbies and the things that I love with the world.
I've always been the creative type. Crafting this, painting that, knitting something else. My husband's family has owned and operated a screen printing business in Birmingham, Alabama for 35+ years, and one day my husband (Todd) suggested we put our talents together. We did just that, and Dixie Creative was born!

Returns and exchange details
We do not accept returns for any reason. Items are eligible for replacement ONLY if the item has a manufacturers defect. Please send us a note and a photo of the defect(s) within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) in order to receive a repair/replacement.

If your order is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the USPS.

We offer size exchanges for an additional fee of $5 per item to cover the cost of return shipping. Size charts and/or measurements are included in each listing, so please make sure to measure and choose your correct size when ordering. Please see our "Exchange Fee" listing for more information on our exchange policy.

If you have a question about an item, or a sizing chart, please don't hesitate to send us a message before buying!

Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Due to the cost and the varied shipping times of international shipping, we are unable to provide exchanges on international orders. If your international order has a manufacturer's defect, please send us a message with photos of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Buyers pay at the time of purchase and have up to 4 hours to cancel the order.
Shipping
PROCESSING VS. SHIPPING: Please note that "processing time" is different than shipping time. Processing time is how long it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. We are unable to 100% guarantee your shipping time once your item has been turned over to USPS, however, we CAN give you an idea of when your item will be ready to ship. Our processing time is listed as 5-7 business days for all items, (although 90% of the time, orders are processed within 2 business days). If you are concerned about receiving your item before a certain date, don't hesitate to send us a message! We'd be more than happy to give you a better idea of what your processing time will be before you order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship USPS First Class and it includes online tracking. You'll receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.
If you want to upgrade to 2-Day Priority Mail, you can select that shipping option when you check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Canadian orders will be shipped USPS First Class. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are only available for international orders where expensive priority international mail is used, which we do not offer, as it is more expensive than the cost of our items. Once items leave the US they are no longer the shop's responsibility. Customs in your country may charge a fee, this fee will be the buyer’s responsibility. Please check on your country's customs rates before you purchase. Please note that for international shipments, there may be unexpected delays if your package is held at customs. We do not have control over shipments after they leave our hands. The buyer will be responsible for any import duties imposed by their country of residence. All orders shipped internationally through Etsy include the full purchase price on the customs form.

STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY or UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO PROVIDED SHIPPING ADDRESS: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for merchandise that has been delivered to your requested address, according to the USPS tracking number.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT: In the event that a US order is "lost in transit" by the USPS and has not arrived in 45 days, as verified by the tracking information, you will be offered a refund minus the original shipping charges. We are not responsible for orders listed as delivered that are stolen after delivery (see details above). If your international order has not arrived in 45 days, it is likely lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen international orders where we can guarantee the box was shipped by providing you with a shipping receipt on paper.
Additional policies and FAQs
We do our very best to represent our items as accurately as we can online. We use the color descriptions that are provided by the manufacturers of our materials, but please bear in mind that every computer monitor or screen is a little different, so some colors may appear differently on your screen than in real life.
