Customer service is beyond excellent. Plans are very easy to interpret: commas mean decimals; some pages show what you are about to build before building it; other very minor things. This plan is efficient and designed well for a very strong structure which also follows safety regulations. Furthermore, design is cost effective, as remnant cuts from one section can be used as lengths in an upcoming section. Suggestions for future plan owners: use a compound saw, an impact drill, an orbital sander, lots of clamps- including pipe clamps, and if using pine studs- hand-pick lumber that is straight with few knots. My father and I built this loft for my college-bound daughter who is living at home. Converting her childhood bedroom to a “dorm room” was ten times less expensive than paying for housing on campus! Project was wonderful!
