Seller was responsive. Bunk bed looks great and has been able to hold a 250 lb adult. As written, the instructions were a little confusing with mislabeled parts after the first two pages, but I figured it out eventually. This basic bunk bed was pretty affordable but I made the posts taller to accommodate more safety rails for my children, and it needed more than 1 quart of paint (though if painted a light color / white you could get away with 1 quart). Overall satisfied and would purchase again!

My 11yo is in love with his new loft bed! It looks great and feels extremely sturdy! We added a few 2x4s as a headboard to keep his stuff from falling out but otherwise the design and instructions were great. I love that there is tons of space at the foot of the bed and there aren't lots of slats along the sides- it is so much easier to change the sheets! Definitely recommend attaching handles as well to make it easier to get up in to the bed.

10/10. Easy plans and the cutting list board by board is wonderful. Been building for 10+ years and could not recommend the simplicity of the design and plans. I do like the use of carriage bolts instead of the general 3inch screws and fasteners. A little pricy but worth it. Thank you my son is super happy with it.
