We can add your gift message if you select gift when you check out. We do not gift wraps the items; but we will hide the items price, add your message. However, all items will be packed with our own cute designed shop packages :)

Dolls are filled with polyester fiber. If you grab it hard, step on it, sit on it..etc may deform your dolls. If that happened, you can just gently re-shape them like you are shaping clay. That may helps to re-shape the doll :)

Please check how long made2order takes to be made before shipping. Etsy will give an estimate dates but some times dolls it may take ealier/longer than the estimated time. However, we will do our best to make sure it arrives to your hand safely on time. It is the shipping carrier who will handles the packages after orders are shipped. We cannot control their deliveries/delays (ex. package went to wrong truck, weather, pandemic..etc) However, don't forget that we are always monitoring your packages and will work with the post office to solve the issues. We always monitor after orders are shipped until they are delivered safely. However, if the package is gone missing/Stolen but the tracking says it is delivered, please ask your family, neighbors, roommates to make sure they didn’t claim the packages at first or give it some days for delivery. Sometimes it says it is delivered but they are still in-transit. Sometimes the tracking doesn't update when the packages go to wrong truck. If this happens, it goes to different states but will come back to the destination which takes little bit longer than the delivery estimate. Sometimes even carriers don't scan until it is delivered. It is not our responsibility if item is lost after it is delivered but we will help you to file a claim. Thank you.

With any reason if the package returned to us without notices and buyer forgot to claim (no one was home/refused/payment declined...etc) please contact us. We may refund you back except shipping cost or any other extra charges due to returned mail or other Customs fee if it is applied for international orders (this will happen after the package is returned back to us safety). Please make sure you track your order after it arrived at the destination country. On the other hand, it is not our responsibility if item is lost after it is delivered (due to wrong address provided...etc). However, we will help you to claim for missing item so please contact us if you need help. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to shipping and customs issues/delays, we are temporarily unable to send items to Germany at this time. Sorry for inconvenience. Thank you.
