5 out of 5 starsOlga of DollsDesire was a dream to work with! I reached out to see if one of the bathrobes would fit my 1/12 scale doll. She did not have an existing bathrobe in that size, so she did a custom order based on measurements I gave her. The bathrobe is *so* tiny and adorable and extremely well made. It fits well, given that she didn't have a doll to work off of, just measurements. I am very pleased. Thank you again!

Shop policies
I'm trying to show real colors on photos, but due to different monitor settings, they still can look a bit different in real life.
Please note: You can save money by purchasing several items at once :)
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All purchases are final in 14 days after they've been received.
About refunds:
1) Shipping is non-refundable.
2) Custom orders are not refundable.
3) Digital files (instant download) are non refundable.
4) Refunds will include the cost of the items minus non-refundable 9%, Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and Etsy fees (3.5%).
5) If You've made a payment but decided to cancel the order while it's still not sent to You, You will also be refunded a sum, except above-mentioned commission fee.
6) If your package was ''unclaimed'' or fail to be delivered due to wrong addresses, it may be resend with additional shipping fees applied, or you may get refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees) - just write me about it. But I will return your payment back only when the parcel will get back to me.
7) If the item is lost by postal service and can't be returned to me, I will not be able to issue any refund.
If You are not satisfied with Your purchase, please, contact me first so we could find a solution :)
But if You desided to return:
- Item must be returned within 14 days after receiving the item.
- All items must be in original condition and packaging without any physical changes and with all of its components.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and should provide a tracking number.
Money will be refunded during 14 days after the package will return to me.
Payment
International payments are accepted via Paypal only.
:) Please, don't worry You don't need a Paypal account to pay. Just click Paypal option during check out and You will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option to pay with Your credit card. Here is Etsy's help thread on this topic in a case You need it www.etsy.com/help/article/361
Cancellations are accepted if the item(s) has yet been processed for shipment. Once it is shipped the order no longer can be canceled.
For buyers from Ukraine other payment methods can be used.
Shipping
I do not ship on Sundays.
I use the Etsy mailing address only, so please make sure that You provided correct shipping adress for Your order and note the following: it can take some weeks for your purchase to get to you depending on where you are :) and I'll provide you with a tracking number, but some countries do not allow parcels to be tracked through Etsy, only while it's on the territory of my country, in this case You can request this on Your post office directly.
If You see parcel out of my country by tracking and track information stopped renewing for some time, please, contact Your postal service, becouse I can't help You with it anymore.
Please note that, if tracking status indicates the item has been delivered I'm not be responsible to re ship the item or issue refund upon receiving claims from buyer that state otherwise. If You can't find Your parcel I can advise the following actions:
- Please contact your postal service for additional information with tracking number provided immediately.
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of delivery attempt.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
If items are lost in the mail we can seek them through UkrPoshta (our post :)) but this takes several weeks to process and the item needs to have been in transit for at least 6-8 weeks to be considered as lost.
While in transit Post is fully responsible for items and if some damage occured and it's obvious that packaging is not intact claims should be dirrected to them. In a case when items are damaged in transit without Post fault I can offer a refund, but I do take care to package my works carefully and I will require photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging.
Customers are responsible for any costs of shipping, handling, customs, taxes and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
I cannot estimate nor collect these in advance for You. Please try to be aware of them before the purchase.
ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
