Please note: Once an order is marked as Delivered by USPS, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance. Thank you for supporting my small business! Of course if this doesn't work please send me a message and I will help you work with Etsy's lost package process.

FAQ #1 - What happens if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

- All orders are shipped with tracking. If your order is marked as Delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

FAQ #2 - Are everyday stickers waterproof?

- No, everyday stickers are meant for "everyday" use it you are looking for outdoor stickers please order the outdoor sticker option. Outdoor stickers have been tested in the dishwasher and on cars. Everyday stickers are perfect for laptops, water bottles, phone cases, etc.

FAQ #3 - Why isn't the sticker sticking to my water bottle or other surface?

- Some surfaces like a textured water bottle don't give enough grip for the adhesive to hold. If you encounter this issue, using a hair dryer or another low heat source can help make the adhesive stronger before placing the sticker.

- Washing any surface is essential for the sticker adhesive to stay on the surface. You can use an alcohol wipe, or just soap and water to clean the surface to remove any dirt, dust, etc.

Damaged During Application or Use Policy

All items are carefully inspected before shipping, and detailed application instructions are provided where relevant.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged due to improper application or customer handling (including, but not limited to: failure to follow cleaning instructions, applying to unsuitable surfaces, or physical damage during use).

Refunds are available up to 30 days after delivery date. Please send me a message as soon as possible if you experience any issues.

To ensure the best results, please:

Carefully read all product instructions and descriptions.

Apply decals to clean, smooth, dry surfaces.

Follow any included prep or heating tips for specialty adhesives.
