Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalised items, unless there has been a mistake on our side.

Can you edit the wording on one of your designs for me?

Yes. Most of our designs are fully editable, so if you would prefer one to say something else then drop us a message BEFORE ordering and I'll get back to you on if it can be done.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

In some exceptional circumstances, orders may take a little longer to arrive than originally estimated due to factors outside of our control.

Please note that orders will not be considered "lost" until the following Royal Mail guidelines have passed:

- UK: 10 working days from dispatch
- Rest of the world: 35 working days from dispatch

If your order still hasn't arrived after the above timeframes, your item will be considered "lost in transit" and we will either resend your order or refund you depending on your preference as soon as possible.
