4 out of 5 starsHigh quality PNG files, looks great. An SVG file would be kind of cool too but Beggers can't be choosers. Also, some clarification around personal usage rights would be nice. Say for example, can I upload a model to maker world that contains the image laid into a model but does not actually distribute the PNG file itself?

hello!! thanks for the feedback! I have to draw the line at no usage other than for personal use. the reason is even if you aren’t reselling it, people can, will, and do take it and then make something with it that they then sell. it’s not fair for you to have to police that or get caught up in anything you only had good intentions for. at the same time, I’m a creative and am here to support others! just dm me on here and maybe we can work something out!

Frequently asked questions
I only received part of my order!
- If your order had both Sticker(s) and Coffee Mug(s) then your order will be fulfilled by me for the stickers and by Printful for the Coffee Mugs.
- Stickers ship in a white envelope via USPS, and they will be in the mail within 1-3 biz days.
- Coffee Mugs ship in larger packaging and are sent via different mail couriers pending where you live. The processing and shipping times for Mugs varies but since they are made to order, they can take anywhere from 7-15 biz days to arrive.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number for each part of your order corresponding with when each part of it has shipped.
Why do you use Printful and what is Print On Demand?
- I use Etsy's partner, Printful because it allows me as a micro biz owner to offer things (shirts, mugs, other cool stuff) with my designs that I would not otherwise be able to. I chose Printful over other PODs because they offer a higher level of product quality and consistency as they are the actual printer and packager and they do not outsource those tasks.
- Print On Demand in this case means each item is produced by my partner (Printful) only after you order it. Upon ordering, the item is sent to production, printed, and then shipped directly to you.
What is your return/refund policy?
- Returns/Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please message me on Etsy with photos, and I will happily work to resolve the issue.
Additional important details:
- The refund/exchange window is 14 days from the delivery date. I cannot address cases beyond that timeframe.
- If your item has a production issue, please refrain from using it.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. If you're unable to cancel within this timeframe, it means your order has been processed and cannot be canceled.
Can I exchange items?
- In the rare case that Printful sends you an incorrect/damaged item, I can work with you to ensure you receive an exchange or refund. Simply, message me on Etsy and I will let you know the photos and documentation needed to resolve the issue.
I have not received my order and tracking says it was delivered!
First, I am sorry, you're in this frustrating situation.
- For sticker-only orders, it's very likely that you received a "delivered" notification when your order has only just arrived to its final USPS facility that will ultimately give it to your neighborhood mail courier. This is a semi-common occurrence for Etsy's Pitney Bowes tracking numbers and almost always means you should see your order in the next 2-3 business days. Please message me if you need anything.
- For POD orders, please contact me for assistance in locating it. If the package is marked as delivered, kindly reach out to your local shipping carrier. Once an order is delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
