zero cost beyond your purchase. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no extra apps to download.
How do I access my files after purchase?
The moment your payment goes through, Etsy will give you instant access to a download link. You'll get a PDF welcome guide with clickable link(s) depending on which template(s) you purchased. Click each link, then click "Make a copy" to save it to your own Google Drive and it's yours to use, edit, and keep forever. You'll also get an email from Etsy with the same
download link, so you can come back to it anytime.
Can I edit the templates and make them my own?
Yes, 100%. Once you copy a template to your Google Drive, it's fully yours. Change the colors, rename categories, add new sections, delete what you don't need. The templates are designed to be a starting point, not a cage. Make them fit your life.
Will this work on my phone or only my laptop?
Both! All templates work in the free Google Sheets and Google Docs mobile apps, so you can update your budget on your phone between classes or check your packing list from your couch. They're also fully functional on laptops, tablets, and Chromebooks, basically any device that can run a browser.
What if I'm not a freshman? Can I still use this?
Absolutely. While I designed this with incoming freshmen in mind, every template works for any college student... sophomores, juniors, seniors,
grad students, even high schoolers wanting to get ahead. The budget tracker, assignment planner, and class schedule are useful at any stage. Only the "First Week of College" guide is freshman-specific.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final. That said, if anything is broken, missing, or doesn't work as described, message me and I'll fix it the same day. Your satisfaction matters more than a strict policy.
