1. General Information
All items sold in this shop are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped to you. After purchase, you will receive access to download your files instantly via Etsy. You are responsible for printing the files yourself at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
All designs, illustrations, text, and artwork are the original creations of Dotted Dreams Design and are protected by copyright laws.
2. Usage License – Personal Use Only
When you purchase a design from us, you are granted a limited, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
✅ YOU MAY:
• Download and save the files to your device.
• Print the files as many times as you wish for your own personal use.
• Use the printed items for yourself, or give them as gifts to friends and family.
• Share the physical printed cards or artwork with others (but do not share the digital files).
❌ YOU MAY NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original digital files (including uploading them to file‑sharing sites, social media, or other platforms).
• Use our designs or any part of the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: selling printed items, using designs in products for sale, or using them for branding, business, or profit.
• Alter, edit, modify, or change our designs and then claim them as your own work.
• Reproduce or distribute our designs in any form without written permission from Dotted Dreams Design.
3. File Formats & Quality
• All files are provided in high‑resolution format (300 DPI) to ensure clear, sharp printing.
• Files are usually provided in PDF and/or JPG format, sized to standard measurements (e.g., A6).
• Colours may appear slightly different on screens compared to printed output, due to monitor settings, printer type, and paper quality. This is normal and does not constitute a fault with the product.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to colour variations or printing results, as these are factors outside our control.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or sent to you.
If you experience technical issues, cannot access your files, or have any problems with your order, please contact us directly via Etsy messages — we will be happy to help resolve the issue or send you the files again.
