Are your items made to order?
Yes! Every shirt, sweatshirt, and hoodie is made to order specially for you. This allows us to ensure quality and reduce waste. Once you place an order, we print, pack, and ship it directly from our production partner.
What’s the fabric and fit like?
All of our apparel is made from premium cotton or cotton-poly blend for comfort and durability.
T-shirts: Soft, breathable, true-to-size unisex fit.
Sweatshirts & Hoodies: Cozy fleece interior with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit.
How should I choose my size?
Please check the Size Chart in the listing photos before purchasing.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit — especially for hoodies and sweatshirts.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing or quality issue.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please message us immediately with photos — we’ll gladly send a replacement.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes:
U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer custom designs or color changes?
Yes! We can customize colors, text, or small design details upon request. Please send us a message before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help create something unique for you.
My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please double-check your shipping address and check with your local post office or neighbors first.
