Harnesses are made in the order I receive requests, if you need your harness by a certain date I need to be made aware when the order is placed or I cannot guarantee it’ll be there on time
If I am given an incorrect address, I am not responsible for delivery either being incomplete or item being lost. Please check your address before ordering
This is usually a 1 man shop so please be patient when purchasing my hand made items. They may take 2-4 weeks to complete to assure best quality.
** Leather WILL take longer. Based on color selection learher is ordered from my supplier after your purchase is made. Also, each piece is hand stitched.
If you are located outside the US please do not rate my product based on shipping times. I cannot control how fast or how slow something makes it to you once it’s outside my shop. Thank you in advance

5 out of 5 starsI won't take away any stars because it is exactly as described and I do love it a lot actually, but the skin flap thing on it makes it difficult (for me specifically) to use as I was hoping I could (to be fair my brain also decided to not see that the part in the description and title of the product). I'll figure it out though, so don't worry too much about it. :) other than that small thing I think it's perfect, especially with the piercings. I'm so glad I got this.

5 out of 5 starsFirst I wanna say the customer service was amazing!! My messages were replied to quickly and they were able to resolve the issue I was having with the post office. Overall just very kind and helpful! As for this packer, I absolutely love it!!!!!! The quality is really nice and the piercings give me so much gender euphoria. I definitely plan on buying from this shop again in the future!

Custom and personalized orders
If you’re looking for something custom, you’ve come to the right place!
** PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING. We will not honor requests made after an order is placed. We need to account for other materials being used in custom orders

Note: All custom orders have an added processing time of 2-4 weeks so please bare with me. (A custom order is anything not on my shop already that we discuss 1 on 1)
This includes the time it takes to order custom materials or paint hardware
Sizing details
All of our handmade gear can be custom sized.
Harnesses- Most harnesses require you to just give us your chest measurement.
What we’re looking for is the circumference (all the way around) the widest part of your chest.
Chokers- We have a standard size for all collars/chokers but if you’re looking for something bigger or smaller just enter your neck measurement at checkout
*Please add your measurements while placing your order, we don’t want to have to hunt you down for it
How Strong are DDHarnesses?
Most of our vegan friendly harnesses made of polypropylene have a 450lb breaking strength.
Others are made of polyester have a 3,000lb breaking strength.
You can request a certain material BEFORE placing your order if you’d like. Just let us know, it may change the price so again please ask BEFORE ordering
The Edges Of My Harness Are Fraying, What Do I Do?
Both polypropylene and polyester have a low melting point. If the edges of your harness ever fray, simply take a lighter and melt the frayed pieces (carefully)
Are DDHarnesses Waterproof?
Short answer: YES!
All of our “vegan friendly” harnesses are made of either polypropylene, or polyester webbing, which means they are 100% water proof. The only harness that is not is our Genuine Leather Harness.
When will my harness ship?
All harnesses are made from scratch.
We make them in the same order we receive the requests.
Meaning, your harness will not be made before someone else’s if your order was placed after.
There is only one set of hands making harnesses, please be patient.
At times this could mean 20 orders ahead of you, sometimes more. If you want a better idea of ship times please message me before (or after) ordering. I’ll gladly update you
Customs may take longer due to their particular details and/or time it takes to get materials shipped to us.
I Need My Harness By a Certain Date, What Do I Do?
I need to be made aware of this BEFORE you purchase your harness
I usually need AT LEAST 2 months notice for due dates
If it’s closer than 2 months out I do allow you to pay an additional fee to bump you up in my Que
When placing your order I need to be made aware of any deadlines so I can do my best to get them out to you on time. If not made aware I CANNOT guarantee they’ll ship in time and we do not offer refunds 3 days after your initial purchase.
I’ll do my best to work with you but as I said, I cannot make any guarantees if I’m not made aware from the initial purchase date

Can I cancel my order?
Here is our shops policy on cancelations/returns/ exchanges**
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations;
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 3 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged;
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
**Binders may be exchanged for a different size if needed. But it must be returned WASHED
What if my harness doesn’t fit?
If your gear doesn’t fit, we will first trouble shoot things such as how you’re wearing your gear.
Then we will ask you to re-measure your chest.
If the measurement matches the one given at the time of purchase, our bad completely. We’ll gladly remake your gear or send a replacement piece.
If the measurement does not match, there’s not a ton we can do.
These are custom made to order based on the measurement given at the time of purchase, please be sure to measure accurately the first time around. We will not refund or replace an order if it’s been made to the measurements we were given at the time of purchase.
