Angela, The shirt you ordered featured a design that is exclusive to our Etsy shop and it is in no way sold through Amazon. However, our printing partners use a variety of delivery providers to deliver your order as soon as possible. So orders through our Etsy store may be delivered by a variety of carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or in some cases Amazon Logistics / Amazon Shipping, depending on the provider and route. Again, your shirt did not come from Amazon. It was simply shipped using their shipping system. The tracking information we have on our end shows it was picked up on June 12th and delivered on June 15th.

Which brand do you use for t-shirts?
We use Bella Canvas 3001 shirts which are known for their quality and being extremely soft, our customers love it. They are unisex shirts.
We also use Comfort Color 1717 Shirts which are crafted from 100% ringspun cotton, this 6.1 oz. tee features a soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric in a variety of colors. Durability is enhanced with double-needle stitched sleeves and bottom hem, and a 1" ribbed collar.

What size should I get?
Please see each listing for sizing charts for type of garment used as it may vary between listings. The sizing charts are displayed in the listing pictures for your reference. Sizing charts also give guidance on sizing for true to fit and oversized look.

Processing time is approximately 2-3 days.
Shipping Time:
Regular shipping will take 3-5 business days.
Do you accept returns?
Each shirt is custom printed just for you so unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the print quality or the actual garment. If there are issues with the quality of the product, we will gladly replace it ASAP. We aren't happy until you're happy! That's our 100% happiness guarantee!
