For Digital Purchases that they are non refundable per Esty, if you accidently purchased one DO NOT DOWNLOAD, I will NOT issue a refund or cancel the order because there is no way of me knowing what you will do as you already accepted the item and cant prove that it is gone permanently.

What is a 3D printed item quality like?

3D printed items such as my pen holders are made out of PLA a corn based material like plastic and is printed in layers. unlike injection molded plastics that are costly 3d printing is more cost effective and has layer lines due to the printing process these layers are noticeable unlike how injection molding is smooth with one or two areas that are not perfect. 3d printed items when they have over hangs ( an area that would be printed at a high angle or floating when its printed) will have a lower quality surface. the bottom of the print may have a different texture as well due to the Plate it is printed on.
I do my best to clean the items and quality control them.
What is a STL or Digital file?
An STL file is a digital file, not a physical item, and nothing will be shipped. You'll receive a downloadable file for personal use. STL is a standard format in 3D printing, representing a model's surface with triangles. It's crucial for 3D printers. In our shop, a digital file is a downloadable 3D model specification. Purchase and download these files to replicate items using your 3D printer, offering a unique DIY experience. Conveniently bring our designs to life in your space. Note: Digital files are NON-REFUNDABLE per Etsy.
When will my item ship?
Your item will ship in about 4-10 days and , etsy shows a estimate of a time frame and your item can ship the day after you place your order or will be shipped by the last day it says it will be shipped. Etsy may say Order today to get by Dec 18-Jan 10, so your order may ship out any where between Dec 11 - Jan 6, not receive it, after i ship its in the hands of the shipping carriers.
Peak seasons may be towards the end of the time frame, where as slower seasons may ship sooner, i try to update my shipping times to meet demand, if it says it may take longer that is either because i have a lot of orders, vacation, or the item it self takes a long time to make.
