I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with your purchase. I make it clear in the store description as well as in the product titles and descriptions that I am an exclusively digital shop and sell art specifically for download. It's quite common these days for artists to have digital stores, because it is cheaper for buyers to print the art themselves than to have the artist print and ship the art for you. A lot of buyers prefer this, and there are many sellers on Etsy that sell their art as downloads. Hope this clears things up.
