Custom and personalized orders

I LOVE to do custom orders!

I do require payment prior to making a personalized order. You will receive a picture(s) of your order prior to finalizing the design and shipment.

Custom orders normally ship quickly, but I cannot guarantee the shipping date due to the back and forth nature of custom design.

Care instructions

All jewelry is delicate, but I use the best materials available in all my jewelry designs so your jewelry will last. Please do not wear your DreamCuff jewelry in the shower / swimming, as it is possible this will damage the gemstones or stringing materials.

Returns

I do accept returns for standard listings. There will be a return fee of $5 domestic and $15 international on each item, which will be deducted from the refund. Because of the nature and time involved with customized / personalized jewelry, I do not accept returns for these items (including customized sizing).
