DELIVERY
A seller can be ship his item from all over the world when seller working with his production partner or they have warehouse in another location. Buyer can see the dispatch location before the place an order
Estimated DELIVERY TIME :
* US — 9-18 days,
* in Europe — 7-14 days,
* Australia — 10-14.
We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
Shipments will be sent to the address listed on your Etsy invoice unless otherwise specified.
We don't send parcels on Sundays.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
SHIPPINGS TO CANADA
Unfortunately Canada Post Office does not offer tracking information for international packages and letters.
You have the possibility to select the EXPRESS DELIVERY upgrade (that always offers tracking information about shippings to Canada) in your cart during checkout.
If you do not purchase it, your order will be sent as regular mail via Post Office (priority mail letter).
Please keep in mind that if you choose the Post Office (standard shipping) as shipping method, we won't be responsible for any lost or delay orders and, consequently, we cannot offer the refund because we have no way to check if an order arrived or not at destination.
Christmas Season Delays
Dear Customers,
Before the holiday season, standard mail delivery may take longer due to increasing mail volumes.
Postal administrations of the United States, Canada, Italy, Spain, Greece and other countries have also warned about delays in their operations this holiday season.
The entire air infrastructure (airports, airlines, handling companies) and customs units in Ukraine and other countries are working hard, but their capacity is limited.
All orders will be delivered even if delayed. We hope for your understanding!
How can I return/exchange my order?
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded . See our returns policy for more information. We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
