Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled by La Poste (French airmail service) unless indicated differently by the buyer. Please, note that tracking may not work properly outside the French borders. Feel free to contact me if you prefer to use a different delivery method.
I do not carry responsibility for packages that are missing, lost or destroyed in transit.
Broken items
Every item is carefully wrapped according to the material and fragility of the product. So far I never had cases of broken or damaged packages. If any damage occurs, please, contact me immediately for repair. I offer free repair services (you will only need to pay for shipping), in case you break your precious item by accident.
Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact me and send the item back - I will offer you a full refund excluding the shipping expenses (exclusions - custom orders and items on sale).
If you made an order by mistake, you can ask for cancellation unless the item was already shipped to you (normally, I ship all finished items on the next day after receiving an order).
