5 out of 5 starsThis shop was amazing to work with. I originally ordered the 3 owl wood carving. When I received it, I discovered it was a little too tall for the shelf I wanted to put it on (my fault, not theirs). I contacted them by message and they gave me several options to shorten it. I chose to have them just make 2 owls. They sent me a prepaid label and I shipped back the 3 owl one. They remade the carving and shipped it back to me. It is perfect! So not only did they pay the shipping, they re-carved the 2 owls, and credited me back the difference between my original purchase and the re-do. They could not have been more accommodating. Such beautiful work and excellent customer service!!
