Do you Guarantee Christmas Delivery?
We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. The USPS is also busy and weather can delay items. Please remember to order early! We want you to have your ornaments by Christmas.
It says Package was Delivered, but I have not received it.
During the busy holiday season of shipping the USPS tracking site is not always up to date and accurate. We have no control over this. If your package shows delivered and you do not have it, please wait a couple of days to contact us. Many times it will be delivered in the next couple of days or was delivered to a neighbor.
What if I put in the wrong address?
PLEASE check the address that Etsy has your order shipping to. This is where we will ship it. Once we ship it, we cannot change the address it is going to. This is not our responsibility. We want to ship it to where you will receive it. If you find after you order that the address is not correct, please let us know and include your order number.

How do I pluralize my family name?
Here are a few quick rules:
Never add an apostrophe. Season Greetings from the Smiths
If your last name ends with “s, x, z, ch, sh”, then add an “es” at the end of your name. Season Greetings from Joneses
If your last name ends with any other letter, just add an s. Season Greetings from Kranes
A few questions people have may have.
What about names ending in Y? Just add an “s”, not “ies”. Season Greetings from the Hensleys
Should I ever add an apostrophe? Only if you want to make it possessive.
Can I make changes to the ornament? The color? Or anything already written on the ornament?
No, we can't change the color or anything already on the ornament.
