**We do not take on any individual Custom Work. All of our pieces come as shown in the pictures.

*** Please inspect any and all boxes when received. If the door hanger is damaged, the BOX NEEDS TO BE SAVED in order to file a claim!! Please Do Not throw away or crush the box!!! If an item is damaged/broken the customer needs to notify us of the damages with as many pictures as possible of the item and the box. PLEASE again make sure you SAVE THE BOX, so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Sometimes after we file the claim on our end, the post office may ask for the damages to be brought in to your local post office for inspection. If the box is not saved or is crushed, we will unfortunately not be able to credit the customer or replace the damaged item. !

** Please contact your local post office and mail carrier, if a box shows delivered but you never received the box. If still unsuccessful you will need to file a claim with shipping carrier for a refund on your end. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered by the carrier or stolen packages. .

Our boxes for the yard stakes and door hangers are generally very distinct,flat boxes that are shipped in flat boxes measuring anywhere from 22"- 28"L x 22"-24"W. It would be difficult for the shipping carrier to lose a box that size.
Many times the box might have been scanned but might still be on the delivery truck or may have delivered to the wrong address. Please also check with your neighbors if they received your package.
If all else fails then please contact Etsy on the situation along with contacting our shop.
