1 out of 5 starsUnfortunately the item did not meet my expectations quality wise. The material seems to be scratched up or just low quality, and the photo was too zoomed in and blurry. Customer service was helpful and quick for changing my song choice, and delivery was earlier than expected so that was awesome. But it is not worth the $40 in my opinion

5 out of 5 starsSeller had excellent communication and customer service. The item was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. She also sent over a “draft” sample so I could see how the photo would look before being completed. Would recommend and would definitely repurchase!

2 out of 5 starsThe quality of this isn’t great. The decal looks cheap. When made they sent the wrong thing to print after correcting the initial photo (it was cropped but added something into the background that wasn’t on the original image). Was offered a 25% refund or to remake which won’t be here in time for Christmas now. Disappointed.
