I messaged the owner to ask for a custom order and he responded right away. He was happy to modify the order for me, even having to create a new item number on his site so I could place the order! He also refunded immediately refunded some shipping charges we had not expected. I am very happy with the product and can't wait to use it to create something wonderful. Will buy from DropBach again.
