Since each product is hand-made, in house per your specifications, we generally do not accept returns nor exchanges. Our detailed, 2-layer designs for the various Jeep models offering 50+ colors yields 10,000 unique products! Furthermore, we do not own a brick-front store and won't resell used products to our customers. We cannot accept any returns on JL Guards if you order the wrong Model

HOWEVER...we strive to provide the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issue or question you have about your order. Should you request a different color, we ask for you to cover the shipping fees both ways and costs associated with the remade/recoated part to be assessed at the time of contact by us.

As stated in each of our Foot Peg descriptions, these are designed as a decorative, personalized place to rest your feet. Pegs are typically 4.5 inches across at widest point.

They are NOT designed for use as step or stand. These are a decorative item only and not designed to hold substantial weight.

These pegs are designed for customization only, and are not intended to be weight-bearing. Any and all vehicle modification is at the risk and full responsibility of the customer/owner of the vehicle.

Please use caution in opening your purchased items. We take extreme care to bubble wrap every item to ensure your product does not get scratched.
Please do not scratch your items by using sharp objects to open the bubble wrap against the product. If you use scissors, please use caution as well and cut away from your new items!

Although we do not offer a specific guarantee on our products, please ALWAYS contact us if you have any issues with your purchase. We will go above and beyond to assist you to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to provide the best customer service and focus on the quality of our work and your satisfaction.

Regarding the products themselves, there will always be some small imperfections in finishes due to the fact these are not mass produced items in a sweat shop. Every single piece we make is handmade, made to order, and there will be small variances- but the quality with all-American US Steel and skills are unmatched. The best fabricators in this industry (and there are many!) are up front about this fact.

Jeep Closest Match Options:
We carry colors that are the closest match to the last 5 years of Jeep Factory Colors; and the most popular Jeep factory colors offered the last 24 years. We define 'most popular' if Jeep offered them 5+ years. Closest matches are powder coat colors that get as close to factory automotive paint as possible. Not always exact. If in doubt, order a swatch.

Custom Colors:
If you desire a color not in stock, we will contact our powder coat supplier for a recommended closest match. HOWEVER a sample swatch is recommended to verify match at additional cost. The cost of the sample is dependent on if the supplier carries a swatch of your custom color ($10), or if they must conduct a spray out which starts at $20.

If you require a custom design, please see our custom design listing which includes details on the cost & process. BUYER assumes responsibility to acquire any permissions necessary for design images provided. When ordering a custom design, buyer accepts responsibility for any copyright issues that may arise from provided images. We also reserve the rights to reuse custom images.

Powder coating provides better performance than wet paint—it is more RESISTANT to chipping, scratching, and wear because of the thermal bonding it undergoes during curing, and because it can be applied in much thicker layers. In addition to its physical toughness, it provides superior color retention.

The longevity of your finish depends on many factors such as care and use. Please NEVER use any chemical cleansers, NOR hard brushes or high pressure on your products. Do NOT CAR WASH or SCRUB!

DO use a wet sponge to remove loose surface deposits, and use a soft cloth (non abrasive) and dilute solution of a mild detergent, pH-neutral liquid hand/dishwashing detergent in warm water.

Textured finishes (splatter) are more durable than gloss!
