Handmade Ecologically Sustainable Art and Craft Supplies

People kept asking where I got the buttons and other items I use in my work and suddenly that dim bulb above my head became a bit brighter! I love making the buttons and pendants I use and thus make way more than I will ever use so I offer them here along with other "raw' materials. You will periodically also see eco printing and other types of handmade supplies and tools. Every once in awhile I do a little cleaning up and have a little studio sale, you never know what might pop up in the destash and clearance categories!

Returns and exchange details
I know, that no return thing sounds scary. On most things, however, I am willing to work with you as I guarantee my work and I want you to be happy. I am honored that you are considering shopping with me. Here are some things to think about.
1. On small items under $10 you may end up paying more for the shipping back and forth than just keeping the original item. The shipping rate is a flat fee, so in some cases it actually cost me more to ship it, and thus for you to mail it back, than you were charged to begin with.
2. Destash and clearance items are never returnable-so pick carefully.
3. If an item has a return policy please follow the instructions.
SMASHED IN THE MAIL: Take pictures of the smashed box. Even if everything is fine once opened, please send me a picture-I will bring it up with the smartly uniformed government official at my local post office and the makers of the boxes I use. If everything is not fine, take pictures of that too and we will figure out if it can be remade or money returned. Depending on the original dollar amount of the sale these pictures would be needed for insurance purposes.
4. Free shipping Guarantee items: Yes, it's free. So, even though the note that comes in the box says you will be docked the original mailing, IF you bought over $35.00 and IF it is something returnable, all money back, no (well almost no) questions asked.
I accept Etsy Pay and Paypal.
Shipping is within the US only via the US Postal Service. Once the Postal Service says it has been delivered, I consider it there so please make sure you are having it shipped to a secure location. I can not be responsible for the actions of porch pirates or mishaps in shared or common mail rooms. Thanks for your understanding.

I ship on Wednesdays, it is possible it would be done earlier, but plan on it being shipped the following Wednesday after ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
As of May 2021, custom work is not available. Between farm activity and my art fair schedule in the summer, I simply can't take in custom work at this time. When things slow down in the fall I may have more time. Thanks for your understanding.
