At DualControl Shop, all of our items are custom-made to order, which means we’re unable to accept general returns. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us! If your item arrives with any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, just send us a message with a few clear photos, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
❌Cancellations
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? We totally understand! If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel or adjust it for you. Since production often begins within 4 hours, please reach out to us as soon as possible for any changes.
Wholesale availability

💔Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us on Etsy with photos of the issue. We’ll file a claim and send you a replacement or issue a refund right away. We’ve got you covered!

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an item is lost due to an incorrect address, we’re unfortunately unable to refund or replace it.
