Cheap quality horrible popped cheap

I received this finally on April 29th and just gave it to my son this morning and now this afternoon, it popped all over his face while he was playing with it as gently as possible! Absolutely ridiculous and will not be purchasing again.

Such a knock off. Not even a good knock off. Filled with water-like substance. The chemical smell is so bad.
