I am Marita, but please call me Pita, the one-woman behind Dulce Decoración.

I was born in Perú, but I am leaving in Barcelona, Spain since 2006. All this adventure start when I was little because I had a lot of skill with crafts, I spent hours playing with the clay, aspiring to make beautiful figures. I studied Advertising Design, and I worked in advertising agencies, publishers, and Freelancers. I also had a craft workshop, where I teach all kinds of manual work. I never stopped dreaming, and with that little dough in my hands I created precious figures, figures that for me they come to life!

Spain made me fall in love in every way, and brought me very close to the world of sugar craft, a world that I live with enthusiasm every day and helps me to know many wonderful stories and let me to participate in magical moments such as: marriage request, first birthdays, beautiful weddings and much more! I have always been fascinated by all the art pieces that just seeing them, become the soul of their creator.

I want to tell you about the sweet side of life, share the illusion of a child in her/his birthday, the happiness of a wedding couple who are about to say yes at the altar, the prosperity of another couple who celebrate their golden anniversary and so much more special occasions.
