All our clothes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. In this way, we work sustainably to reduce mass production and support a more mindful approach to fashion.

For issues, contact us. I'm here to help.

• Issues with Order: If you encounter problems such as misprinted,
damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 14 days from the
date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence.

• Lost Orders: Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks
following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days, we'll replace it for free.

• Faulty Orders: If the mistake is on our side, we'll bear all costs.

• Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient
address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee.
There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: only partial refunds may be
available.

•Marked as Delivered: If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found,
it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from
our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.

• Production: We take 1-3 days to print each shirt.
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 days
• Delivery usually under 1 week

• Changes & Cancellations: Notify us immediately if you need changes or
cancellations. Quick communication increases the chances of
accommodating requests. Note: We reserve the right to decline
modification requests.

Custom/Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized orders. However, if there is an issue with the print or product quality, contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photographs, and we’ll provide a free replacement.
