5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my ring. This is my first diamond purchase ever, and I am so glad I went with Parth’s store. The stone is beautiful and comes with its IGI cert. I got the 0.75 ct in a size 2.5, and the diamond is perfectly proportionate to my pinky. I think a 1 ct would have been too much for the dainty but still noticeable look i wanted. Parth was so amazing. When I had questions about the first diamond he chose, he showed me a second one and I was able to happily chose the stone that best fit my wants. He will keep you updated during the whole process of rendering and creating the ring, and he made sure to check in on the delivery process. When I was not able to have it delivered multiple times, he contacted the shipper for me and coordinated a pick up. Definitely choose Parth for your diamond ring!

I am a lover of fine jewelry, but did not want to spend an inordinate amount of money on a pinky ring. At the same time, I do not like to spend money on jewelry that isn’t of quality. The ring exceeded my expectations and Parth sent pictures/videos throughout the creation process and was highly communicative. You receive the lab diamond IGI report, which I confirmed. I will refer friends to this Etsy store and certainly buy again!

Our jewelry is crafted by hand, so production times vary. Generally, we ship orders within 1-2 weeks, but custom pieces may require extra time. You’ll receive updates along the way, and we’ll send a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
6. How do I order a custom jewelry piece?
Start by sharing your design ideas with us! We’ll work together on the design, confirm details like diamond and metals, and send you CAD previews for approval. Once you’re thrilled with the design, we begin crafting, ensuring it’s perfect just for you.
7. Do you accept returns? Please explain your return policy
Yes, we accept returns on listed (non-custom) orders within 21 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition—undamaged and unworn. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the returned item.
Contact us before returning any item. Returns made without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage. Sure, After we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item is broken, scratched, or not in original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" but No Package?
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:
Check all delivery spots around your home (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.).
Ask neighbors, family, or building staff if they accepted it.
Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number for details.
