HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE?
To download your digital files from Etsy, if you have an account, go to your Etsy Profile and select Purchases, or directly visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you made a purchase as a guest, you will receive an email with download links.
Note that digital purchases cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app; instead, access your account via a web browser, sign in, click on your account icon, select Purchases, and then choose Download Files next to your order.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
If you didn't download your file, then yes; otherwise, no digital download products are non-refundable.
