Lynsey, You ordered at 7:22 pm on April 14, and it was shipped April 15. At 3:17 pm on April 15 you asked for it to be cancelled, that your customer had cancelled their order with you on Etsy, well after your shipment was at the post office. We responded to you it had already been shipped. As a seller on Etsy, you should realize when a customer messages you at 3:17 pm the day of shipment, its pretty much impossible to cancel. We pride ourselves in getting orders out to customers as fast as possible, as we appreciate they may need materials for projects they are selling or making for themselves.

Anne...You emailed on Sat 4/11/26 and asked how fast the ribbon would go out and you were told Monday 4/13/26. You ordered on Wed 4/15/26 and your order was immediately sent to you on the same day 4/15/26. You sent a message at 2:14 pm on 4/15/26 and asked to cancel. After the shipment was at the post office. It was impossible for us to cancel. There is a clear picture of the ribbon on Etsy that shows the color. There is no mention of the manufacturer so certainly havent misled you. As a seller of bows and wreaths on Etsy, you should be more reasonable and know that cancellation is not guaranteed when a seller is notified so late the same day an item is ordered and shipped. We thought we were doing you a favor by shipping right away since you had emailed days before asking how quick it would go out.

Customer ordered this brand new piece still in the cellophane, never removed from styrafoam. I took it out of the styrafoam to take pictures on all 6 sides so customer could see that it was in perfect condition as described. Customer claims damaage. And then post a 1 star review. We are not the freight company and cant control their handling of the package.
