I spent 20 years in environments where discipline wasn't optional, the Marine Corps, federal law enforcement, and managing critical infrastructure for a major American city. In every one of those roles, the same truth kept surfacing: the people who performed under pressure weren't the ones with the best plans. They were the ones who knew themselves well enough to stay composed when the plan fell apart.
That's what this shop is about.
EGA Group builds tools for people who are done with surface-level productivity advice and ready for the real work, the inner work that makes the outer work sustainable.
Our 30-week shadow work journal, "Embracing the Shadows," goes deeper. Rooted in Jungian psychology, it guides you through the hidden patterns, triggers, and inner narratives that drive the behaviors you can't logic your way out of. It's 142 pages designed for handwriting, because some work needs to happen between you and the page, not you and a screen.
I created this because I needed them first. The shadow work journal came from my own practice of confronting the parts of myself I'd rather not look at. The protocol came from years of leading teams and realizing that focus isn't a talent, it's a skill you build through systems and self-awareness.
Everything here is built for operators, people who carry real responsibilities, lead others, and can't afford to be run by unconscious patterns. No gamification. No guilt. Just honest tools for honest work.
Beholden to none.
