I just really love beautiful things...
I have always been creative, ever since I was at school; Art and design was my favourite subject and I was always excited to learn how to create different things with all sorts of materials. I studied photography, textiles and fine art at A level and went on to gain a degree in Fine Art. I am passionate about beautiful things be that art, craft, music or design.
EHdesign really started when I began making cards for family and friends for Birthdays, Christmas and other occasions. Making cards that were personal to my recipient felt much more special and I soon began toying with the idea of making my cards for others too. When I first found Etsy I didn't have the courage to list anything and I didn't actually gain this courage until the following year when I listed some handmade cards for Valentine's Day. I was delighted when I sold my first card and haven't looked back since.
The future of EHdesign will include an expanded range of papercut goods, including some fantastic personalised pieces I have planned, and many other products too. I am always thinking up new ideas - too many to actually do at one time in fact! Watch this space!
