Custom and personalized orders

Feel free to send a convo and I can let you know if the item can be customized.
Personalized listings like the "Custom Stamped Charm" may take longer than 2 days processing time depending on the bulk of the order.

Sizing and details are noted under the details of each listing but feel free to ask any questions via convo.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you desire special gift wrapping or note attachments please let me know in the note section before you check out. I do sometimes charge depending on the season and packaging requests. Be sure to check my shop announcements for the Gift Wrap listing during the busy holidays.

Shipping Q&A

Please send a convo in the event of any issues so we can sort things out.
TRACKING - A tracking number will be provided with each sale through the USPS shipping app via Etsy so you can get a better idea of when your purchase will arrive.
ADDRESS ERROR - If an incorrect address was given, the items will be returned to me and can be reshipped at the buyers expense.
USPS ERROR - I cannot be responsible for shipping issues via USPS (lost or damaged items).
