3 stars for shipping because it did take a while. Nonetheless the sandals were customized to my request, and beautifully made. I appreciate the craftsmanship, attention to detail and communication.

Overall great quality material. Well designed, however communication can be improved. Because it was shipped from overseas, the delivery time was delayed. Not an item to order at the last minute. Overall, very satisfied with the product!

Great sandals and the maker was more than willing and helpful in crafting a custom fit, per my needs. Shipping to the US was a bit protracted, coming from Jamaican's mail service, there is really no way to track the parcel via USPS. Otherwise the product is first rate.

So I just received them after little after 2 weeks & they are just perfect comfortable & true to size. Not to mention the customer service it’s awesome. Thanks a million going to be purchasing more for sure.
