When will I get my order?

We provide a realistic estimate. However, we are seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

From what location will my order ship?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide so your item may ship from various locations.

What if my order does not arrive?

First check to make sure you provided the correct delivery address, that the Post Office does not have it and it was not left with a neighbor.

If you provided an incorrect delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If the address is correct, and you are unable to locate the package, please write to us at everythingnoetic@gmail.com as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Will I be able to track my order?

What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?
