**Consumer's Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement**

The consumer has the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Terms and Conditions, within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:
- On which the Consumer acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquired possession of the goods.
- On which the Consumer acquired possession of the last item, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquired possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement covering multiple items delivered separately.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller, using the contact details provided in § 2 of the Terms and Conditions, of their decision to withdraw from the agreement by making an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the information regarding the exercise of their right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

**Effects of Withdrawal from the Agreement**
In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller shall reimburse the Consumer for all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller), without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The Seller will make the reimbursement using the same payment methods as those used by the Consumer in the original transaction unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods back or until the Consumer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The Seller requests that goods be returned to the following address:
**ul. Gen. Stanisława Maczka 73A, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała**, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller of their withdrawal from the sales agreement. The deadline is met if the Consumer returns the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The Consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned via regular post, the Consumer will also need to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The estimated cost of such returns will be communicated by the Seller in the product description in the Store or during the order process.

In cases where a refund for a transaction made by the Consumer via a payment card is necessary, the Seller will process the refund to the bank account linked to the Consumer's payment card.

### **§ 8 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement**
The right of withdrawal from a distance agreement does not apply to the Consumer in relation to agreements:
- Where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet their individual needs.
- Where the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life.
- Where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery.
- Where the subject of the service is items that, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other items due to their nature.
- Where the subject of the service is sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.
- For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements.
- Where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Seller's control and which may occur before the withdrawal period expires.
- For the delivery of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance began with the Consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the Consumer was informed by the Seller about the loss of the right to withdraw.
