So disappointed. 1st order never arrived, seller failed to send tracking info, was very slow to respond and made no attempt to help resolve. 2nd attempt to order, I was nervous because of previous loss and bad customer service, but really wanted to try again... terrible experience again. Slow and dismissive communication from seller followed by outright rudeness. Never have I had a more disappointing experience with a purchase. I was reluctant to leave this review as I am a small business/artist myself, but I feel compelled to warn others.

Lovely earrings! I ordered some years ago and they have since been my favorite. I was very sad when I lost them, so I had to immediately order another pair. Evidence Jewelry is one of my very favorite Etsy sellers.

This is such a beautiful and unique piece! I love the collaboration of metals and their resemblance of the moon! The necklace shipped and arrived within a couple days of placing the order and the seller was very accommodating and responsive! The necklace is simply gorgeous and is one of my new favorite pieces to wear! I love the size, color, chain, and absolutely everything about this necklace!

Extremely disappointed. During the transaction, seller was egregiously slow to respond to inquiries regarding shipping time and tracking details; Also never communicated that she’d be away on holiday once my order was placed. Item still has not arrived, apparently lost in transit after waiting for weeks for it to be shipped. Seller has made no effort to right the situation or offer any sort of consolation.

The black colour is not completely covered the ring's head and Katie explained that it's the nature of the aging process technique. She even offered me to send the ring back, but I didn't want all the hassle. I still love it and appreciates the after service.

I love my arrowhead quartz crystal necklace. I wear it all the time and get compliments on it daily. I would buy from this seller again.

I like this ring and am happy I purchased it, but it doesn't quite look like what is shown in the picture; the chains are much longer than what is shown, and the visual effect is much different. The chains are long enough that they fall by the sides of my fingers, and it doesn't look as sharp and taut as the picture, though I assume this was done for in the service of the wearer being able to bend their finger. But it's well-made and shipped quickly, and is still a beautiful piece.
