My husband loved the gift! We can't wait for the season to begin and see the light shine when the Bills get a touchdown. The seller communicated throughout the entire shipping process. He checked in each day to ensure the product arrived in a timely manner.

I had an issue. I purchased two of these and one didn’t come. He made it right and got a replacement sent right out fantastic seller will be buying again from him.

Excellent customer service… the first package was lost or something, so a second was sent out. The only “disappointing” part of this is for the light to respond to when the team scores, you have to buy a subscription… it may have stated that somewhere, but if so I overlooked it. Edit - literally minutes after I posted this … Eric replied and explained the subscription! It’s optional if you want to add multiple teams. It’s free for just one. Did I mention the customer service is amazing?!?

These are awesome! I've had LumeAlert for about a year for my lights. It's been so much fun! Our house is the sports hangout spot! These boxes have made it even cooler!! I now know first thing in the morning what teams are playing. My wife is from Philly, so we follow the Eagles, and Phillies. I follow Bucs and Lightning. They are really easy to setup and so much fun!!
