We ship with UPS (*except Alaska and Hawaii) for approximately 90% of our orders. Some of our larger boxes or small mailers ship with USPS.
Shipping inquiries are generally handled by referring to your tracking information. Please reach out if you have an additional concern. Most customers report receiving their order in approximately three days!

RETURNS POLICY:

We hope you love your new vanity shade, but we do take returns upon request.

*CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECT TO COVERING RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF YOUR REFUND.*

There is an additional fee for non-contiguous states and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii please use the post office address, NOT UPS.

HOW DO THESE SHADES WORK? WHAT SIZE DO I NEED? IS IT REALLY THAT SIMPLE?

It's really that simple.

If you have absolutely no clue where to start, check our website, EZLightWraps.com under "SOLUTIONS". Here, you can view light fixtures our shades will, and WILL NOT, work on.

Now, how many bulbs does your fixture have? Our product is sorted into sections by number of bulbs. This will help you narrow down the selection. (A 3 bulb fixture is small, an 8 bulb fixture is large, etc)
Once you've determined this, the tried and true, best bet method is good old fashioned measuring! Our shades are measured in inches, and it is very straight forward.

We get questions about how EZLightWraps affect lighting and here are a few answers that may help:

Our vanity light covers/wraps are not a light fixture-they cover your existing light. Our shades attach with magnetic brackets to cover what you already have - this works even in a rental WITH NO DAMAGE! If you have wood or mirrored fixtures, no worries! Simply add the magnet kit to your cart (located in the accessories section) which includes glue and metal plates, providing a spot for the magnetic brackets to adhere.

EZLightWraps diffuse glaring light bars, and they work optimally with LED bulbs for the best illumination without the harshness! (we now offer LED bulbs in our accessories section!) Once you've picked your size, choose your preferred material, what color brackets you'd like included, and add any extras like our perfect LED bulbs, a magnetic kit for wood or mirrored fixtures, or even an extra set of brackets so you can swap out the color!
