I contacted EAnd E project and they told me exactly what to do to return the handchain and then I decided to upgrade to a more expensive handchain! The process was the easiest ever, they were so fast and efficient, and I received my upgraded handchain today, they’ve sized it to fit perfectly on me and it really adds so much beauty and quality to my wardrobe!
