We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth as possible. If you need any help with your order, such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please get in touch with us within three days of receiving your order. To help us better assist you, kindly provide clear photographs showing the issues you're experiencing.
If your item(s) get lost in transit, please submit your claims within three weeks after the estimated delivery date. For us to consider an order lost in transit, it should have taken over ten full business days (or 35 days for international orders). If your order qualifies, we'll gladly replace it at no cost.

Lost in Transit Orders:
If you suspect your order has been lost during delivery, please contact us within three weeks of the estimated delivery date. Orders are deemed lost if they've spent an extended period in transit, as mentioned earlier. We'll promptly arrange a free replacement if we confirm your lost order in transit.

In the case of an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the buyer, leading to the courier's return of the package, the responsibility for reshipment costs lies with the purchaser. Once we receive the corrected address and the box is back in our facility, you'll have a 7-day window to place a reshipment order.

It's essential to note that these conditions apply to all orders, including large and international ones. We do not take responsibility for verifying address validity on any order, so please ensure your address is accurate during checkout.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier's tracking, but you can't locate it, EarthApex may not cover replacement costs. However, we'll investigate the issue from our end. In such cases, the recipient must contact the local delivery service (the local post) to attempt to locate the missing package.

We're committed to resolving any issues that may arise, so please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any challenges with your order. Together, we can find a solution that works for you.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate order modifications or cancellations under specific circumstances. The earlier you request, the better the chance it can be processed.
It's important to note that we cannot guarantee the approval of all order changes or cancellation requests, as some orders are prepared for shipment within a few hours of placement. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs whenever feasible.

Return/Exchange Policy Exception
Since each shirt is custom printed for your order, we do not typically offer returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you. This may involve providing a replacement product at a reduced cost or, in rare cases, facilitating a return/exchange where the buyer bears the return shipping expenses. Your satisfaction is important to us; we'll work to find the best resolution possible.
